Two spectacular events back-to-back! The Brooklyn Writers Space at 6PM and PEN American Center at 7PM.
New York’s Lit Crawl is a madcap concept first created by San Francisco’s Litquake literary festival back in 2004. It’s a bar crawl, with literature! The inaugural Lit Crawl NYC took place in September 2008 and has grown into a lively, wildly popular annual event. Lit Crawl NYC and Lit Crawl Brooklyn are both projects of the Litquake Foundation. San Francisco’s Litquake literary festival runs October 5–13, 2012, with annual Lit Crawls in San Francisco, New York City, Brooklyn and Austin. Lit Crawl Brooklyn is sponsored by Brooklyn Writers Space; Pratt; Sixpoint Brewery; Out of Print Clothing; Brooklyn Historical Society; PEN American Center
